DC Speed Control Assembly
500-PHO: Pump Head Only

The 500-PHO is machined from an aluminum casting and has a stainless steel plate and shaft as well as stainless sleeved roller assembly. The pump is rugged, reliable, and easy-to-use. The 500-PHO is good choice for use from the laboratory to industrial applications such as paper & pulp, printing, metering, and fluid transfer.

500-100: Standard Fixed-Speed Pump

The 500-100 is belt-driven pump assembly. The pump comes mounted on a steel base with a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor with a belt and sheave to reduce the speed to the pump head. This 500-100 is an excellent choice for fluid transfer applications where speed regulation is not required.

500-101: Zero-Max™ Speed Control Pump

The 500-101 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control and a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor mounted on a steel base. The 500-101 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for fluid transfer, metering, printing, and other industrial applications.

500-200: Explosion-Proof Fixed Speed Pump

The 500-200 is a belt-driven unit with a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor. The pump and motor are mounted on a steel base and connected through a belt & sheave which runs at a constant 430 RPM. The 500-200 is an excellent choice for fluid transfer applications where explosive vapors are present.

500-201: Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump

The 500-201 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control, and a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor mounted on a steel base. The 500-201 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for fluid transfer, metering, printing, and other industiral applications.

500-332, 500-352 and 500-362: Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps

The 500-332, 500-352 and 500-362 are DC speed control models. The pumps are mounted on a steel base and coupled to a 1/4 HP, geared, IPC-44, 130 VDC, PM motor. Each unit comes with a speed control in a Nema IV enclosure. The controls accept a 4-20 MA or 0-10 VDC signal and have forward/brake/reverse capability. Vari-Flow assemblies are used in applications where precise speed regulation is needed and with systems that require a remote signal for motor or flow control.

500-450: Air Drive Pump

The 500-450 is an assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.

Tubing Sizes: The 500-PHO uses two interchangeable sizes of tubing: 3/16"I.D. x 3/8" O.D. or 1/4" I.D. x 7/16" O.D.

Industries: Paper & pulp, laboratory, sampling, bilge, ink, and fluid transfer.
